Try this bread for a change . . . .
Ingredients
1½ cups warm water (360 ml)
4 cups bread flour or AP flour (480 g)
1 packet instant yeast (2¼ tsp / 7 g)
2 tsp salt (12 g)
👨🍳 Method
Mix all ingredients together until combined.
Cover and let rise for up to 2 hours, or until nearly doubled.
About 20–30 minutes before the dough is fully risen, preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) with the Dutch oven and lid inside.
Turn dough onto a generously floured surface. Using a bench scraper, flip it a few times to build shape and structure.
Transfer to floured parchment paper.
Carefully place the parchment and dough into the hot Dutch oven.
Dust lightly with flour and score an X on top.
Cover and bake for 30–35 minutes.
🌞 Remove the lid and bake another 5–10 minutes until golden brown.
Cool completely on a rack before slicing.
