Grand Marnier Strawberry Sundaes . . .

Boozy, macerated strawberries top vanilla ice cream in a simple sundae from The Yellow Table's Anna Watson Carl.



1 lb. fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered

1⁄4 cup fresh orange juice

1⁄4 cup Grand Marnier

1⁄4 cup raw sugar

2 tsp. orange zest

Vanilla ice cream, for serving


   Combine strawberries, orange juice, Grand Marnier, sugar, and orange zest in a large bowl; let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
